Everything You Need to Know

Renting the right trailer means understanding your options and knowing what to expect. Our rental fleet serves homeowners, contractors, and property managers throughout Polk County with equipment built for demanding Florida conditions.

  • What's Included

Each rental includes the trailer, safety chains, proper lighting connections, and basic operational instruction. The 14K flatbed comes equipped with a winch for simplified loading. Both dump trailers feature hydraulic lift systems for effortless unloading.

  • Rental Requirements

Renters must provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Your towing vehicle needs the appropriate hitch receiver and wiring connection for the trailer you're renting. We'll verify your vehicle's towing capacity matches the trailer's weight rating for safe operation.

  • Safety and Capacity

Never exceed the posted weight limits. The 14K flatbed supports up to 14,000 pounds when properly distributed. Dump trailers have specific capacity limits based on material type and density. We provide guidance on safe loading practices and weight distribution.

  • Duration and Extensions

Rental periods start as short as one day with options for weekly or longer-term arrangements. Need more time? Contact us before your return date to extend your rental. We accommodate project changes and unexpected delays whenever possible.

  • Return Expectations

Return trailers in the same clean condition you received them. Remove all debris, materials, and equipment. Excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional fees. We appreciate customers who treat our equipment with respect.

  • Local Delivery

Delivery service is available for an additional fee depending on distance and scheduling. This option works well for customers without appropriate tow vehicles or those managing multiple job sites across Central Florida.
